Karalius Mindaugas Vocational Training Centre (further – The Center) is one of the largest vocational training organizations in Lithuania. For more than 80 years, it has earned a competitive and reliable educational institution name. The centre is a modern, dynamic educational institution, remaining responsive to labor market changes and eagerly applying innovative forms of education. The Centre has around 350 staff members and 3000 students. The Centre’s teachers provide high-quality formal and non-formal education services: primary (9 and 10 classes), secondary, adult, vocational and early childhood education. The Centre offers an attractive and promising different kind of specialties, modern practical training bases. The scope of specialties embraces sectors of beauty, business, health and social welfare.

The Centre has many years’ experience in the field of VET research, new study programmes development and cooperation with national and international partners. In 2018 The Centre was awarded with Erasmus+ VET Mobility Charter as a recognition of operational capacity to run and manage quality mobility projects. Every year the students and staff members of The Centre has a possibility to go abroad for placement or studying experience in various European countries.

From 2014 the Centre is administrating practical beauty training center „Modus“, which infrastructure meets the highest requirements of modern business services. The innovative infrastructure of practical training facilities allows to provide high quality VET service and apply work based learning principles within education process combining school based learning with real work experience and providing quality VET service to local and foreign students.

ESSENIA UETP-University and Enterprise Training Partnership (further – ESSENIA) is an Italian organization founded in 2005. It is based in Salerno (Southern Italy) and it is specialized in developing and implementing training programmes and courses as well as in offering career guidance services aimed at performing traineeship within Italian and European companies. It is one of the few Italian organizations awarded the “VET MOBILITY CHARTER” (n.2015-1-IT01-KA109- 004902) by the Italian NA Erasmus+ INAPP. Essenia’s core activities are: International Mobility and EU projects, Training, Careeer Guidance and Consulting.

EUROPEAN PROJECTS and TRANSNATIONAL MOBILITY: One of the objectives of Essenia UETP is to promote mobility of people throughout Europe. This is pursued through the participation to the relevant EU Programmes such as Erasmus+ and previously the LLP Programme. Essenia manages both incoming and outgoing mobility. The international traineeships organized by Essenia UETP provide beneficiaries with a training experience complementing their education, strengthening their language skills and promoting transnational exchanges among young people in order to facilitate their integration into the labor market. Essenia UETP offers the following services: Work Placement (Internships, Cultural Exchanges, Visits, etc.); Accommodation for groups and individuals; Tutoring; Organization, Management & Administration; Language Training, Cultural and Pedagogical Preparation; Monitoring, evaluations, follow-up; Issuing of final Certifications of acquired skills, recognized in Europe; Travel Organization and Airport Transfer Service; Insurance. Essenia can count on an extensive and reliable network of partners all over Europe, made up of public and private institutions, organizations, companies associations and organizations operating nationally and internationally. In the last years Essenia has been the Promoter of many the mobility projects, both in outgoing and in incoming.

West of Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport, Nova College (further – NOVA) provides vocational education and training for school-age students and also introductory and advanced vocational education and training for adults. We have 1,200 members of staff and 12,500 students, aged 16 and up. Nova offers more than 130 vocational training courses, including automotive engineering, installation technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction, dance and theatre, sport, movement and health (CIOS), trade and commerce, catering and facility management, ICT, laboratory work, logistics, maritime, marketing and media, public order and safety, recreation, beauty care, business and healthcare, childcare and social work. We offer training to various levels, from assistant (level 2) up to and including middle management or specialist (level 4). Students follow the programme that suits them best: either five days a week of school with work placements (BOL) or a combination of school and work (BBL). We work closely with the business community. Nova College is known in The Netherlands for high standards of quality. The Inspection of Education has been very positive about Nova College in her last two investigations. Our students are the most satisfied students in De Randstad (western part of The Netherlands, including Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam and Utrecht).

Savo Consortium for Education (Savon koulutuskuntayhtymä) is a municipal provider of vocational education in Eastern Finland. It provides education in five locations mainly for the Northern Savonia region serving 250.000 inhabitants; however, it receives students from all over Finland. Consortium’s vision is to be a top class education and training organization, which increases the expertise of young people and adults, responds to the skills needs of working life in the region and develops the working life of the area. It promotes employment, entrepreneurship and a good life.

Savo Consortium for Education provides upper secondary general and vocational education to students of all ages. Savo Vocational College offers 70 IVET study programs in the fields of transport and technology, business and administration, catering and tourism, health and social care as well as nature resources and the environment. Upper secondary general education is offered in Varkaus campus by Varkaus Upper Secondary School. In addition, we provide ca 100 further and specialist vocational qualifications. Nearly all vocational qualifications can be accomplished through apprenticeship training. The consortium has a good reputation both regionally and nationally as a highly successful provider of education and training.

Savo Consortium for Education caters for around 8,000 full-time students and employs more than 720 staff. The student population comprises approximately 16–19 year olds coming from the basic education, as well as adult students following IVET, further, specialist and tailor-made programs. The consortium has a growing international community, with students studying from 49 different countries.
